Park-n-Fly couldn’t have been easier to use. The booking was fast & simple, and drop-off/pick-up were seamless. The van picked us up and dropped off at our parking space, so no carrying luggage to a pick-up point.

The best part is the lot is staffed 24hrs, and any issues can be resolved easily.

I took a ticket by mistake instead of scanning a QR Code for my booking. Because staff was at the terminal, it was easily resolved. At many lots around the PHL Airport, the lots are unstaffed and if there’s any problem, you’re stuck with an APP, or a voicemail for assistance.

Park N' Fly offers a great service. It is super easy to book a parking space and I love the text with the barcode, so you don't have to deal with cumbersome paperwork. You simply scan in your barcode at the entrance. The attendant tells you where to find your space and the shuttle driver always helps you with your bags and gives you a ticket with your parking space on it so you can locate your car upon returning. Check out is easy, too, and the free car wash is much appreciated. With Park N' Fly, you know your car is safe and secure while you are traveling.

I always use park and fly, it’s super easy, you park and almost every time they are already waiting to take you to the airport I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes. I highly suggest.

As soon as I park, there is a shuttle waiting on us. This can be good or bad. Good - we will get to the airport as soon as possible; Bad - it doesn't give much time to make sure you have everything from your car before you get on the shuttle.

Honestly, I had never considered PNF services before. But, because my husband and I were both leaving at approximately the same time to different locations, it made more sense than any other kind of transportation. I was very impressed by the ease of the parking site and the professionalism of the shuttle drivers. We will definitely use this option again!
