The shuttle was available right away both ways, even in the early morning and late night. We were able to get to our flight and back quickly. Our car was in good condition, no issues.

The driver was right at our car the moment we pulled in, helped us unload so we could get our kids out. He was friendly and the bus was clean. He didn’t even let us get the luggage off the bus which was so nice - vacation felt like it truly started! Our flights were delayed due to the hurricane so we arrived a day later. The driver was there waiting for us when we got off the plane knowing there was a flight arriving. The entire service was great!!!

Valet parking and assistance with luggage. Usually, a complimentary cold water bottle upon return - that didn't happen this time but it's ok. That is a nice touch, if you see fit to offer again in the future.

Very convenient just a couple minutes off of I-55, easy in and out with a shuttle every few minutes that takes you from your car to the airport.
