Location and ease of using website to finalize reservations. Early morning arrival is problematic and requires attendant assistance to enter. When exiting the code on the phone is not read at the exit. A paper copy of the code is required.

It was very convenient and reasonably priced. We were delayed returning because of the hurricane but we were able to contact your company and extend our parking arrangement. Upon return, it was raining heavily and the driver took our luggage all the way to our car for us.
