Friendly and efficient

The bus pulled in right behind us, directed where to park. He then helped grab our bags, before i knew it, we were off to the airport. On our trip back< made a simple text and a bus was there to pick us up and back to the lot. The check out lady was very kind and even offered two bottles of water before we left. Thank you to her.

Fast and efficient.

This was the first time I used Park and Fly. The online booking was fast and easy with clear pricing. I got a text message the night before my flight with the QR code to enter the lot which was so convenient. When I got to the lot on the day of my flight, the self park lot was completely full. The attendants told me that it wouldn't be a problem and they upgraded me to valet for free! They took our luggage from the car and put it on the shuttle that was already there, no waiting needed. We were at our departure terminal in a flash. No need to worry about any airport parking issues. We got off the shuttle and went directly to check in. Upon arrival back home I received a text on my phone to tell them to "Come and get me" with the terminal letter. As soon as we got our bags from baggage claim I sent the message. I literally walked outside the terminal and the shuttle was right there! Again NO WAITING!!! In a few quick minutes we were in the valet area, bags were put into our car that was already open and waiting for us! Super easy to leave the lot and be on the highway headed home in no time! Staff was super friendly and very professional. I will DEFINITELY use Park and Fly for my next flight out of Philadelphia. I'm also telling everyone I know to use them as well! Can't say enough how easy and convenient it was using Park and Fly! I give the whole Park and Fly team and experience a 10 out of 10!!!

I like the location which is easily accessible from I55. The shuttle service comes frequently and I like that I can text when I’m ready to be picked up. I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in the lot.

The only issue was that when I tried to exit the lanes were blocked and nobody was in the booth so I had to drive around until I found an alternate exit in the parking ramp. Everything else went smoothly on my last trip using Park and Fly.

Close to airport. Tower radios bus driver to pick you up by your vehicle. Driver gives you a slip of paper with your parking spot on it. Price is very inexpensive. All of this rocks! Best off-site airport parking ever!

The experience of leaving has been my frustration. Nothing with the drivers or service at the airport but, once in my car and ready to leave...first of all the exit is blocked and there aren't any signs to designate how to get out...only by trial and error or following someone can I leave. I get to the area to scan my code to leave and it never works...ever! Super irritating. I would like to see better signage if the main exit is closed and what the back up is, and better scanning systems at check out.

Park N Fly was a completely stress free way to park our car while we travelled to Italy. I booked and paid our reservation on line, found the lot easily, pulled in the lot and parked where I was directed to park.
The shuttle driver was there and waiting by our parking space to immediately load our luggage and get us to our drop off at the airport. No time wasted at all.
When we returned from Italy, the Park N' Fly app was spectacular. it make it a breeze to notify the company to do a dispatch. A shuttle was picking us up in a very short period of time.
The attitude of both the shuttle drivers and other workers on the lot was very positive. The shuttle busses were clean and well maintained.
I'd recommend this parking and shuttle service with no second thoughts. I'll definitely park here again.

It is so easy!! Makes everything so much simpler when I feel so overwhelmed with traveling!
