Fast, convenient and friendly

Very convenient to park and very trustworthy although the car wash never worked when i came. I tried to wash my vehicle to two times i came and it wasn’t a success as the system didn’t work. However, i love parking here. It’s very dependable and reliable to return and your vehicle is in safe conditions. Just a little dusty after being washed.

They are very dependable. I have been parking with Park N Fly for many years. I would never try to park at the airport. With Park N Fly I always have a parking space (even though I do use valet parking). When I call that I have my luggage it only takes minutes for the van to come and pick me up. The car is always ready and waiting for me. They are wonderful!

It's always been easy to use and nearly seamless! The shuttles are fast and frequent, and when I land and call them up they send a shuttle right away. I have recommended PNF to many friends and family!

Love the drivers-- usually very helpful and engaging. Like that I can be dropped off at my parking spot -- always feel safe.

(However, like many businesses they seem to have trouble with managing their workforce. Upon return to ATL, I (and a crowd of other travelers) often have to wait for bus pick-up (I do call as soon as I get to the pick up spot at the airport) and it seems the other nearby shuttle companies have planned for this better, as there is often more traffic of those buses than with Park N Fly in ATL. I have not made the choice to change due to the friendly (long-term) drivers and the convenience of PnF to the interstate.

Price is reasonable, love that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off right at your car. Very close to airport. Very convenient!

Your lot is big enough that there is always a space, even though it may be time consuming to find. Your shuttle covers the whole lot until it is full so you will have a minimum delay getting to the airport.
