Close / convenient

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We pulled into the wrong driveway and the driver of a shuttle kindly directed us to the right place. While my husband & I were discussing next steps, a driver came by to make sure everything was all right. The service and friendly staff are amazing!

Shuttle to and from airport

Driver was friendly. Wait time was very minimal. A very fast and efficient alternative to airport ramp parking. And the price was extremely reasonable!

Prompt pick ups. Pick up by car. Drivers extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival the driver asked us to double check we had everything. Didn't feel rushed and was willing to wait. Super friendly.

We loved that the lot was so close to the airport, had very reasonable rates, and a shuttle that immediately takes you to the airport from your car.
It was also great when returning, as there were two shuttles waiting to pick people up from the airport.
No waiting was fantastic after a long flight.

This was my first time and I originally thought you had to walk up to the front and get picked up by the shuttle but the shuttle actually came right to us and helped up us load our luggage which was soo helpful.

It's 100% time to bring back trips to the international terminal - the shuttle bus is not time efficient or convenient,

Extremely easy and efficient for both drop off and pick up. Small glitch this time for pickup as there was a line of about 30 plus people waiting for after midnight pickup. You did, however, send several shuttles. Maybe coordinate multiple shuttles with return flights of customers. Thank goodness it wasn’t raining!

Everything was a smooth process concerning Park 'N Fly's services. I recently started using Park 'N Fly again after a long hiatus, and the scanners to enter/exit the facility are much better than they were the last time, which has made the process even easier.

Driver was EXCELLENT. She even returned to jump my car. Definitely recommend this location.
