Honestly just about every experience. This was our first time parking there and we were pleased with every aspect. The only thing we were unsure of is where to get the shuttle. Once we pulled in and scanned our bar code, the associate at the gate told us what rows to park in. But that was it. We parked and luckily there was another person parking that was familiar with your facility and said they will pick us up there. The drivers we had both coming and going were friendly, helpful and professional. Upon return, we got back really late at night/early morning and it was nice to walk out and have them waiting for us. Not sure if we got lucky since there were 2 other people on the shuttle ahead of us, but it was super nice to not have to wait long (or at all) at that time of night after a long day of travel.

The employees are great and I feel that the cars are safe from thieves

The lot is fenced in. You need to enter through a gate with a guard hut. Transportaion to the airport arrives as soon as you park your vehicle, and the ride to the airport takes only a few minutes. The fee was reasonable. Most importantly, I felt my vehicle was safe.

The lot is convenient and easy to find. The shuttle bus drivers are awesome. It's nice to be able to just pull in and park without having to hunt for a space and hope that there's a spacer open.

Easy to use, not too expensive, safe place to keep my car, shuttle always available, and really great people who work here!

I forgot where I parked my car and the man that picked me up at the airport located it for me.
