Pick up at the parking ramp was great. The van followed to our parking spot which saved time. Another van was waiting upon our return. Couldn’t ask for better service. The only negative about the experience was a new door ding on the passenger side of my car.

The driver, Rinh?, was capable and polite. He greeted us by name at the door and we left within 3 minutes of coming outside. He helped put our bags in the car which was appreciated. This was my best pickup since I have started coming there. In the past I have had to wait sometimes 3 vans. I certainly will use you again in the Spring for my next trip.

Shuttle was fast! Staff was friendly! I was very impressed. My only complaint was trying to get out of the lot late at night. I had some trouble trying to figure out which gate to go out of. The lane I was to use was lit up red so I thought that was the wrong one. Staff pointed me in the right direction though.
