Quick and prompt pickups and friendly reps
When I got to the lot at my reserved time, all of the uncovered parking spaces were taken already. Several other drivers were also looking for a parking space. I was trying to catch a flight and was initially concerned I would have to find parking elsewhere. However, the staff on site made me feel confident I didn't have to worry, and in a short amount of time they directed me (and the other drivers) to park in a covered spot at no extra charge to prevent any delay in my getting to the airport. Staff is always friendly and helpful when I use them. Thanks!
