Timely pickup from SFO back to the lot was terrific! Self-park was closed and they valet parked our car for no extra charge. Our car was waiting by the exit when we arrived back at the lot. Very convenient.

Prompt, fast service

I really enjoyed the convenience. The location was easy to get to and was able to find parking after a few rounds in the parking lot. I am not one to complain and this is not to cause an issue but when I got picked-up to go to the airport after flagging the shuttle down. I asked if he can go to Ramada hotel because my flight was the next day. I had driven to Atlanta to stay the night to be able to catch my flight the next day. The driver informed they they do not go there but to the airport only. Ok, that was totally fine and understandable so I asked if he could drop me off at ground transportation. He said he could; however, another passenger needed to get off and the driver informed me to get off with that passenger and just "go left towards the parking garage." I did and 2.5 hours later I finally made it to ground transport. He was rude and obviously did not care where he dropped me off. The airport security apologized on his behalf although totally not necessary or their fault. They were able to direct me, even carrying my bags after all the time I wandered around looking for where I was to go trying to navigate through the worlds busiest airport.

The experience on my way back to pick-up my car, BY FAR, was a complete different experience! I was asked to present my parking ticket for verification and so my car could be located. I informed that I never received one and instead showed her my reservation to prove my car was there. She understood and took me there even driving around to make sure we found my car. I wish I had gotten her name. I will most defiantly use this service again. I will just know next time what the rules are and know where I should have been dropped off.

Everyone who works there seems to be happy with their job. Greeted by a very nice lady when we arrived and helped us with checking in. The drivers are very nice. Did not have to wait for the driver for pick up to and from the airport.
