We have a large truck and have to park along the back fence. The drivers will see us driving our truck to the back of the lot and will drive back to pick us up and drop us off at our truck upon return.

Great customer service at the Cleveland OH location! When we returned to a dead car battery, late on Oct. 7, staff was extremely helpful, especially shuttle driver Layla, who took time to help us jumpstart the battery and get us on the road. The young man working the cashier booth was also concerned and compassionate. Two wonderful employees who helped two stressed senior citizens during a trying time. We really appreciate them!

What do you like about our services?

Everything was excellent. From arrival to departure and all in between, there were no problems at all. Courteous personnel from reception to bus drivers to departure, which is much appreciated at a time when rudeness seems to be the norm.
