The facility was self parking and I liked that you just had to wait at your own vehicle to get picked up and dropped off at your terminal. Having the drivers load and unload your bags is also nice. Upon returning from our trip, it was easy to catch the shuttle back to our car with the same great service from our driver.

Your employees were wonderful when I arrived at the facility I needed to use the bathroom immediately they directed me where to park and where the bathroom was which I thought was wonderful when I asked for directions they showed me where and the pick up van gentleman was also very courteous. All of your employees were courteous. I would give them an A+ for Customer service, and also a raise!!
