We used P&F last Feb 2022 and were very disappointed. We had reservations and the lot was full. There was no one to talk to at the booth. We were ready to give up when we found a spot after looking for 25 minutes. P&F gave me 3 days free to try P&F again as I said last Feb. I would never try parking there again. So.......I tried P&F again a couple weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised that when I got to the lot there was a sign that said what row to park in.
I was hesitant since the other sign said the lot was full, but one of your drivers happened to be sitting at the entrance and said if you have a reservation to go ahead to row 19, which we did. There was a driver waiting in row 19 and I was surprised how slick it all turned out. My only suggestion would be to have the entrance sign state that if the lot is full and you have a reservation you will be allowed to get in and go to row ?????
I will use Park N Fly again. You gained my confidence back.

I was complimentary upgraded to valet parking service. It was incredible, amazing, easy, and very convenient!! I never knew that valet airport park and ride services even existed. This is my new go-to!!

Your self check-in/out kiosks are too low for us Colorado pickup drivers when you have a QR code to scan. They need to be about 6" higher which would help us and have no impact on car drivers.
