Easy and fast service

The form online was user friendly! Upon my arrival and exit, the attendants were very helpful. The drivers were also very nice and took good care of the bags.

So easy to just pull in, park, wait for the shuttle, load and go to terminal. The drivers are always very friendly and helpful. Upon return, shuttle picks you up shortly and returns you to your car. We have used Park N Fly several times and are always happy.

The services are easy to secure and use. Last time, I got a free upgrade to valet, which was really nice!

Easy to book online, use the code on our cell phone to check out. Very easy. Drivers are always right there to pick you up. Drivers are always very helpful with the luggage. I just got back a few days ago, had a mobility scooter on the back of my parked vehicle, all disabled parking was full but when I got there a gentleman instructed me where to park which was close by. I called the day before to inform them about my scooter on the back and how I was taking a portable 95 lb scooter and asked if they could help my son in law carry it on the shuttle. The drivers were helpful and it all worked out great. I was impressed when we got back because they put an orange cone in the back of my vehicle to alert other cars that it was sticking out on the back. Very happy with Oakland Park n Fly. My whole family parks there when we travel.

For the most part the wait to be picked up is quick. Most drivers do help with loading and unloading luggage are very friendly.

Great drivers!!!! we lost our fob and they helped figure out where to go at the airport and offered to take us there. We had a ride arranged and went to the airport lost and found and sure enough we had lost it at TSA check-in. great guys!!!
