Fantastic - Pouring rain when I arrived - but no problem, attendants were there to greet me and help with luggage and didn’t get wet at all! On return they were waiting or me before I landed! I will definitely recommend Park and Fly to anyone and will take advantage of them again!

The ease in making the reservation on line; the texts that provided access to the QR code as well as clear concise instructions on how to use the code and summon the shuttle on our return; the courtesy and helpfulness of the shuttle drivers; the assistance, and empathetic understanding that I received from the lady at the cashier booth when I had what turned out to be a small problem upon trying to check out and leave the facility. She was an older woman who worked during the evening shift and could not have been more professional and efficient.
