What a well run operation! This was my first time flying out of Miami and I was very nervous about all of the logistics. The shuttle took us to the airport quickly once we dropped our car off. Once we arrived back after our trip, we followed directions provided and texted then where we were. The shuttle came in a little over 10 minutes. Our car was waiting up front for us and it was as easy as that! All of their employees were very friendly and professional!

Drivers have been very professional & polite
Easy and quick access to and from Airport. The only reason I gave it a 9 and not a 10 is because leaving the parking lot was a bit of a challenge. There was only one manned check out station and credit cards were not being read fast enough at the unmanned stations.
