From the time I drove in to the time I drove out the only people I encountered were extremely helpful, polite, and patient., The drivers were good and the vehicle were very clean. I did not have to wait long for the shuttle after I called. I will definitely be back and will recommend you to others who drive to PHL and need a place to park their car.

It is so easy to purchase a space prior to your flight on line . You show up , scan your code, park. The shuttle picks you up at your car, takes you to the same spot so no confusion and you go on in to the terminal . So easy when you return , out of the terminal to the same drop off point and within a few minutes you’re picked and on your way back to your car ! Easy ! It’s just nice knowing you have a dependable parking arrangement to go to that is consistent, I can’t say enough good things .

The service level is outstanding from drop off to pick up. Every employee I have had contact with has been terrific. Wouldn’t ever think about using another company or parking at the airport.

They are great, but I had reserved a uncovered spot and prepaid for it. But when I got to park n fly Plus they only had covered slots opened. So I end up paying twice and no contact number to get my refund for the prepaid ticket.
