Easy to use. No hassle

Easy in and out. I always feel safe no matter what time I drop off or pick up since your shuttle picks me up and drops me off right at my car.

Quick and efficient and friendly.

Very easy to use, everyone is also very kind, they are all willing to work with you and your flight needs. For example: We had just landed in Houston and we found the pick up area and not even 5 minutes passed and the park 'n fly van pulled up. There was a man on the van already and the driver continued to ask him about his flight time and the terminal he needed - he responded very nicely saying his flight boards in 30 minutes or so, but security wasn't an issue as he was pre-checked. The driver understood, and we dropped him off at his terminal. I found that to be very respectful. I would've really appreciated that in a situation like that. I will use park 'n fly until something negative happens and I've been active since about 2018? Maybe earlier as my Mom used the services when I was younger.

Shuttle picks you up and brings you back right at your car!!!! felt very safe! Helped with luggage!! will be a repeat customer.

First, I like that PNF has a relationship with Costco that made our parking rates very attractive. We were able to use the covered services and PNF Plus and managed to save a good bit off the normal fares.
The drop off and pickups were fairly simple although a few people were confused on the pickup and getting on the correct bus.

Fast, friendly - as usual. I like the new "come get me" app. It worked like a charm.

It would be nice if every time you arrive the attendant tells you an aisle to go down (we always choose covered parking, they used to do this) and then alerts the drivers that someone is heading that way. Got a bit anxious in trying to wave one down as they didn't seem to be heading to the covered area at all.

Also, the Free Car Wash hasn't been working the last 4 times we've left. Not sure if its added value or not.

But we always use PNF and will continue to do so.
