Parking is easy, tells you what row to go down that is open. The bus will be there at your parking spot quickly. The drivers are professional and very helpful. When I returned home to Cleveland, only had to wait a couple min for the bus. Took me to my car and helped take my luggage off. I was traveling by myself and I felt very safe and secure in the parking lot. I will always use park n fly.

We use Park N Fly because a shuttle always picks us up within seconds of us parking our car. On the return, I like that the driver puts our luggage in our trunk.

App is easy to use. Check in and check out is quick. Bus is usually fast to pick up after parking and at terminal after flight. Drivers are very helpful with luggage.
