Did not appreciate the driver scolding us that we were not standing in the right location (only a few feet away from actual location). It was 1:30 am and the last thing we wanted to hear (over and over) that we weren’t in the right place. Not to mention there wasn’t ANYONE else standing out there!

We like the warm welcome
by the drivers but the departure is always challenging. Most of our travel is one week or more and when checking out we need to wait to get someone’s attention to get a bottle of water.
After several minutes, someone arrives and is usually pleasant
