I had a reservation for lower level of service and the lot was full when I arrived. I was upgraded to valet, and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and fast the service was when I returned from my trip. Previously I have always parked at the Conley Street location but I will consider Park 'N Fly Plus valet service in the future, especially for shorter more time sensitive trips.

Easy parking, the bus comes and the driver helps with the bags. We’re dropped off right at the door and you don’t have to wait too long for the bus to come. I use parkeidefly every time I fly.

I'm always in a rush to get back home after landing and it's super quick getting onto a shuttle, ride to the parking lot and dropping me off right to the car helps me get home in time to get ready for church.... highly recommend!! And inexpensive!

I was very pleased with the response time and to receive a bottle of water on my way out. However, the instructions I was emailed said the pick up was at the silver parking in terminal 1 but that isn't true. I called and was told the pick up was in the same place as the rest of the shuttles. I would recommend clarifying the instructions.

We used the valet services. The drop off was smooth, the bus to the airport was waiting. On the pickup, it was approximately 5 minutes until pickup after I text them. at the return our car was waiting for us. Couldn't be happier with the service
