This stay was better than recent stays. I did not have to wait 10 minutes to get picked up from my car. The shuttle was at my car just as I was closing my trunk. Additionally, I did not have to wait 15 minutes to get picked up when I returned. The shuttle was already at pickup, but thankfully the driver was waiting a few moments before pulling off.
Both drivers were nice and helpful with luggage. I hope this positive experience becomes the trend!
Service is great. Staff transporting people to/from the airport, as well as the staff at the entrance/exit gates, are very friendly.
Quick clean and efficient
Parking is closer to the terminal than the other outlying parking services. Shuttles run often and are easy to spot. Well organized company, easy to book advance reservations and relatively easy to cancel with just a phone call. Discounts have been available since summer, so it's cheaper for us to park than to take an Uber from Lafayette. Helpful, friendly staff.
