Extremely user friendly process, fair rates, and wonderful service from our driver! Ended up with same guy to the airport and then back to the lot after our trip. He was friendly and very professional.

The Park 'N Fly Cleveland was very easy to enter with the QR code. I was picked up at my car within minutes and immediately taken to the airport. When I arrived back after my trip, the Park 'N Fly van was there waiting. The service was excellent and the van driver very friendly and helpful.

For my trip to the airport the gentleman was absolutely wonderful. Loaded my bag, talked to me, and was very professional. Let me know what I needed to know. Wished me a good flight and a safe travel.
For my trip from the airport to the Park n Fly the gentleman was good. Turned the het on for me. From the time I called til my pickup was great.
