Pick up from PNF on Oct 11 ... delightful driver. Very thoughtful & helpful. Return on Oct 13 ... not so much. Driver (Luis) ... couldn't be bothered to help with luggage ... or at least offer to help. Bus was pretty full. I'm guessing we were an inconvenience to him & just chalked it up to him having a bad day. Other than that ... would definitely refer & will use again.

i had a great experience with your drivers who went out their way to be cordial and fast. Must say they add great value to your team. I didnt like the fact that my car was moved from one space to another and no one called me because the manager said they dont have anyone phone number. overall i love the service and the new parknfly plus area.

What do you like about our services?

Previously, I needed to wait for a shuttle and the car wash was not open. As such, I was considering changing lots. However, in my more recent experience - I have not had to wait for a shuttle. It was very quick. In addition, the car wash was open. These are two main reasons for me using this lot and I plan to continue to use Park 'N Fly as long as I have a consistently good experience in these two areas.

Quick pick up from the airport, even at midnight
Love that someone picked up the phone when I called at midnight (twice!) and both times they were very helpful and friendly
