Our driver on the departure and arrival was Liz if I recall. She kindly guided me to one of the remaining spots left in the lot. She also realized we weren’t able to handle our luggage gracefully and she brought our bags to our car for us. Kudos!

Your drivers are always great.
So far there are frequent pickups from the airport, although last Friday had long lines

You’ve got a driver named Brian at Royal Lane who is a great guy. Funny, attentive, friendly. Makes the shuttle ride memorable and that’s a good thing.
