We liked the price. We liked the quick pick-up from our car to the airport. We liked the quick pick-up from the waiting area at the airport and especially not having to call for a pick up. We also appreciated the safe driving and kind drivers.We will use Park and Fly again!

We loved how swiftly the shuttle picked us up both times. We purchased the Plus covered parking option and would happily utilize your services again in the future.

It was prompt, and our driver coming from the airport was a sweetheart. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Park N Fly will be my airport parking from now on.

What do you like about our services?

We are long-time customers. We like parking right off the highway. BUT we are not happy with the pickup service. We should not have to wait 30 minutes to be picked up. It was so much easier for your customers when the buses circled the terminals and we could be picked up quicker. I used the app to request a pickup, but I still had to call to see if someone was actually on their way since it'd been a while.

Easy to get to. The shuttle was at my car before I even got out of the car, and it only took a minute or two to get to the airport. Then upon returning from my trip, the shuttle was waiting. Basically, I did not have to wait for the shuttle at all; very nice.

The ease of making a reservation. How quickly you are picked up in the lot. The ease of texting/calling for a ride back. Being taken right to your car. The staff that are so helpful. The drivers that are so friendly.

Website is quick and easy. Pickup from your parking spot quick and easy. Pickup at airport upon return is quick and easy. We never use any place else!
