I thoroughly enjoy the quick and usually friendly drop off and pick up. I say "usually" because I had a very disgruntled employee pick me up this time. I tried to be as kind as possible and tell him that I hope he had a better day when he dropped me off at the airport and he said that he was going to go back and sign out and report the harassment from the girl in the office to his union. Not my usual experience.

Shuttles
Having the driver help with the luggage is such a small but most appreciated gesture. After a long day of traveling, just to have someone say "I got your bags" is such a relief. Also, having the shuttle drop off right at our vehicle is amazing! We had a 12 hour travel day of trains, buses and planes.. not having to walk across a parking lot and find our vehicle, another relief.

The customer service is great! Everything ran smoothly from arrival at Park 'N Fly, to the shuttle to the airport and then the same on the return trip home. The shuttle was already at the airport when I got my checked bags from my returning flight and the driver Rinh was so friendly and immediately took my bags and put them on the shuttle. On arrival to Park 'N Fly, my car was ready with the trunk open so my bags could be loaded in quickly. The whole experience was terrific!
