When we arrived, a shuttle followed us to our vehicle and helped us load our bags. We were promptly brought to the airport. Following our flight there was a shuttle waiting when we arrived but there were too many people for us to fit in the first shuttle. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a second shuttle to arrive and then were dropped off at our vehicle.

Prompt pick up and drop off. Drivers are very friendly. Well priced compared to airport parking.

I like the convenience of pick up and drop off. First time I used this service and I loved it. The drivers were very courteous. Keep the parking card that the driver gives you, as the driver will drop you off at your car. The parking spaces are tight/small, I would recommend parking a car not an SUV or full-size truck. I also prepaid online so leaving the premises was faster. Not for sure, but I think it is also cheaper to prepay online.
I would 100% use this Park N Fly at Cleveland again.

Very friendly staff. Van was there right away to take us to the airport. Had to wait a little bit after we got back. But with all the construction at IAH I expected that.

You are picked up at your car and dropped off at your car on return. The drivers load and unload your bags for you. Very happy with the whole experience. The people at the gates to enter and leave are helpful and friendly, the drivers too.
