My first time at this facility. Everything was just fine. waited just a few minutes for shuttle to airport. upon returning, they had emailed me where to mjeet shuttle for return. Also, when I arrived to begin my trip, I lost my drivers license at the facility. It was found and returned to me. I recommend Park 'N Fly highly.

Yes. Your shuttle drivers very good helping us and friendly to communicate with for each ride. I feel there needs to be better signage getting into the proper lot.

Convenient location, easy drop off and pick up. Was able to use Costco vouchers so was a very reasonable way for me to be able to fly out of Miami airport.

Yes...We would use Park N Fly again they were fantastic...no wait there are there waiting for you for depart and arrival...the cars were right in front of you when you arrived at the Park N Fly parking area.

Easy! Very impressed with service! Drop off was super easy, within 5 mins we were on the bus to the airport. Bus came as soon as we stepped outside, car was out front waiting. In addition, all employees were friendly and professional. The prepay option was convenient and a great price
