I booked reservation and accidentally entered 12 pm instead of am. The assistant at the gate was very helpful and kind, even in the face of my frustration. She handled me and the situation with professionalism and kindness that simply wasn’t warranted. I really appreciate that when I was tired and frustrated. Thank you.

Pick up in your parking lot was fast as was pick up at the airport, HOWEVER, the 3 Parking Spot buses took over your pick up area at the curb and made it difficult for your driver/bus to pull in so he blocked all the other buses from leaving WHICH I LOVED!!! 99% of your drivers are fun, assisting and jovial. Park n Fly is our preference!!
