Your staff is phenomenal! We realized after we pulled in this past Thursday, that we did not have our carry one with medicine in it. Tom said, you can go home and I'll meet you at the airport and drive your jeep back! WOW... that is AMAZING service! We tried to give Tom a tip since we greatly appreciated his help and he would not take it since he is part of management! I have told so many people about this experience since it was above and beyond!

Thanks to your team and especially, Tom for putting the customer first and turning a possibly horrible situation for us into such a positive experience!

We also use Park N Fly for our annual company trip at Big Y and always have a great experience!

We were picked up at our car right away and taken to the airport. On return, the bus was easy to find and took us to our car and helped us unload! We have already booked for another trip!
