Customer Testimonials
Richard Abbott the shuttle bus driver was very kind snd helpful. Safe driver too
Helpful staff, courteous drivers. Secure location.
Everything. You are very well organized. I just make an appointment online, pay online then on the day of my flight I leave my car there staying relaxed in the transfer vehicle, which drops me off at the terminal.
Price.
Booking reservations online, friendly courteous staff.
It was very convenient for us to leave our cat with ParknFly rather than get someone to take us each way. It was also more economical than hiring a delivery service.
Everything, and all the employees are nice no matter what time of day it is

Excellent customer service
timely and convenient
Your services are timely and efficient from start to finish - easy to reserve, quick to check in and great shuttles to and from the airport.
We were especially impressed by our courtesy bus driver, Anna. We arrived around midnight and she and her shuttle were right there waiting for us. She took care of our luggage and called our pick-up number into the counter. She was very cheery as she drove, asking about our vacation. She made our “Welcome Home” a great experience. Thank you, ANNA!
Consistent friendly and timely service
This was the 2nd time we used your services and will do so again. It is very convenient and easy. We also appreciate the fact that you take us up to the door and drop us off and pick us up when we return. Also your drivers are extremely professional and courteous like Axelle. Thank you again. See you next time. The Donovans
After we park our car there's usually a shuttle there within a minute or two, we appreciate not having to wait. Sometimes the driver helps us with our bags and sometimes he doesn't, it's inconsistent. We like getting a free day every now and then, it helps with the cost of parking.
All in all we like Park 'N Fly.
