Customer service is always outstanding. However for some reason this time, they wanted to charge me for the parking when I always make a prepaid advance reservations for all my business trips. Water under the bridge at this point, hope they get this under control, hassle being held up after a

The check in was a little slow and messy. I think there were only two workers and the cars were overfilling the check in area. Otherwise, everything else was good.
