Carol met me at the entrance and was super helpful in pulling up my reservation that kept cutting out. She found me a close parking spot and delivered me to the airport and explained the route. When my return flight was delayed due to mechanical issues, there was a driver at the terminal without me having to call anyone. The exit staff were very helpful and I was not charged extra for the delay. I appreciated everyone’s cheerful assistance. Thanks.
