The website reservation process is clear and easy. The pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport are easy and convenient. The Park and Fly app makes texting for airport pick-up quick and easy as well as knowing where the shuttle is.

Very prompt shuttles

My vehicle was.stored safely during my trip.

I have used Park and Fly since the mid 1980's. This was the strangest visit. I entered (prepaid), and the attendant directed me to row 12. The attendant then radioed a van driver to pickup on row 12.

I parked in 12-23 and saw a van drive to the very last row. It moved there, then stopped then moved again. No van came to me on row 12. I saw the van return to a holding position between the main entrance and the maintainence building. Looking across the lot (I am tall enough to see), I saw no other vans. I was apparently abandoned.

I am 6'2", 205# and was waiving to try and be picked up. Apparently 10' tall with road flairs is what would have been required for this driver to pick me up.

I walked around the arm separating the rear lot and walked with my luggage to where the driver was parked. I provided my vehicle location.

If there are language or other communication issues, perhaps instead of radios you could transmit the row number electronically to the driver. Meaning to a digital display in the van. I do not understand how the man didn't see me, or why after being radioed to pick up, that he didn't call the gate for confirmation or "Look for the 6'2" guy standing in front of the vehicle on row 12 at 2pm on a clear day.

Many shuttles meant not a long wait time at all. Polite drivers.

This was our first time using this service and it was awesome! the staff is super friendly and helpful. There was no waiting time for us to be taken to the airport and the same when we got back. Very happy with the service, Thank you!

Employees are very helpful and curious. Busses are always waiting at the airport or lot.

Scanning the QR code to enter & exit speeds up the process and makes it quite convenient. The shuttle was ready & waiting, and the pickup at the airport upon my return was quick.
