Customer Testimonials
It’s a reasonable priced service (space, shuttle) that can be equivalent in cost to using rideshare or taxi. Cost being equal, I prefer parking to rideshare.
You don’t have to call for a ride they just come every 15 min or so.
Easy to use
Timely ride to and from the airport, helpful loading from the driver and frequent bus pickup’s.
Your attendants were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic improvement from the last time I used Park N Fly. They were at my vehicle in a timely manner and also at the airport waiting when I returned. Very positive experience this time. Thank you.
Our driver, Rinh Ale Dave were very good and funny to make the ride great. Jessica in the office was very good.
Close to airport.
Everyone is very nice and helpful
Customer Services
I LOVE the fact that establishment is available 24/7 AND has a shuttle service for the same time period. The prices are reasonable and it's not that far from the airport.
Close and easy. Very helpful drivers.
Parking was convenient, pickup was relatively quick, and when the battery in my car died (which they offer jumping services; but my car is too smart and needed special service to get INTO the car first) they shuttled me to a safe space to wait for the service technician, and back to my car when he arrived. I will be using them for all of my parking needs in the future!
Very convenient and timely service.
The staff was very friendly and the free shuttle to the airport.
First, I feel my car is safe. Second, it is quick to go in and out and third, I love the app and interaction at the park n fly. I will continue to use it
Easy location to get into and out of. Shuttle service is very timely
Always quick pick up, both at the car and at the airport. Delivery to the airport is always quick and convenient.
