Customer Testimonials

The drop off service and the drivers.

Shuttle bus was ready for us both times. Friendliness was great going to airport and just ok coming back.

Everything about the service was great

Easy park, easy shuttle travel to and from airport.

The shuttles are always so fast to pick me up at my car and the airport. The drivers are very friendly, and I love the low prices!

Bus picks up and drops off at car. Quick in/out of facility.

Love Park ‘N Fly but it is expensive.

It is wonderful that we are recognized after we call to make an ahead reservation before our travels. Also very 'relaxing' to know that when we land and get our luggage- there is a van waiting for us and our vehicle is started, warmed up and the receipt is there for us.
Just wonderful all around. Great incentive program as well for return customers.

Easy scan reservation from my phone

Prompt pickup both departing and on arrival. Staff was courteous and informative. Shuttle was clean and in very good running condition.

Easy to get in and out and great app!

Fastest pickup I've had from the airport ever. Guess I got lucky but hoping you guys hired more drivers.

Online booking was easy, I managed to get a special price (promotion) that was very appealing, I like the ease of dropping the car and retrieving it with simple texting to catch shuttle. Very convenient.

The driver on our way back from the airport was very friendly and helpful.

Fast ,reliable service.

Easy to use and like being taken back to my vehicle.

The entire process was very smooth. Thank you for that!

I liked that you have fast and convenient shuttle service. I liked that you can do ever electronically on your phone from reservation to check in. I also liked that you are very close to the airport.

I was parked in a lane, not a parking spot. Not usually a biggie but it was hard for me to get out because we were so close.

Good prices, easy to book, great pick-up/drop-off (right at car). Have never waited on leaving the lot, on the return have had to wait for bus, but it wasn't bad

Shuttle driver's were professional and helpful. Car was safe and price was good!

Prompt service.

Simple friendly service both leaving and returning to Hartford Bradley Aiport. Online registration was easy. The drop off was very early in the morning and I didnt wait long for my ride to the airport. On my return I was THRILLED to see the Park N Fly van directly outside the baggage claim door waiting for me. I was a late / early morning arrival and I greatly appreciated not having to wait. My driver, Anna, was quick to assist with my luggage and wasted no time getting me and several others back to the Park N Fly lot - Thanks Anna!

The price was favorable and the individuals were friendly happy and helpful.

Courteous & professional valet and bus service.

Quick and convenient. Reasonably priced.
