Very quick and efficient shuttle service
Shuttle drivers were awesome
Easy to park, get to the airport and be picked up when returning
It is an easy to find location right off 880. Ease of entrance, with reservation. The shuttle immediately picks us up. Convenient pick up spot at airport to return to car. Exit is a breeze. I feel my car is safe in the lot as well.
I'm not a terribly frequent flyer but I use Park N Fly about 2 times per year. I can't imagine an easier way to get to the airport! The people are always kind, helpful, and friendly! The valet option makes life so easy and is greatly appreciated!
Easy in and out and the location feels secure
You know me and it is easy
Ease of transport to/from airport. Ease of pre-pay with on-line feature. Definitely will use Park ‘N Fly Cleveland on next trip.
Valet parking is fantastic as I don’t have to look for a parking stall and the car is ready when I return from my trip. Very convenient service.
Simple to get in, to park, and to leave. The guy who ran the shuttle on both sides of our trip was awesome, friendly, and dealt with our bags for us. The lady at the gate helped me with my barcode and was incredibly nice.
The friendliness and professionalism of your shuttle drivers and associates at the gates.
Convenient and great service !

Easy and cheaper than airport parking
The way you are always arriving when we show up.
The online setup is easy and someone is always right there to pick me up from my car. I don't have to wait long when I call from the airport.
It’s convenient and a great alternative to parking at the airport.
Friendly convenient service
Friendly people. Good drivers. All good
Quick pick up both ways and drivers helping with bags.
Safe, convenient and fast. The drivers were courteous and helpful. Great expert.
I love the convenience and prompt pickup service. I also feel safe when entering during the evening hours.
Fast, friendly and efficient! We didn't wait long on either end of the trip. We were picked up promptly and dropped off right at security. The trip home was equally as efficient - the shuttle was waiting for us and took us right to our car. We had a slight issue when leaving the parking lot but the attendant was quick to fix the error.
Convenient to airport and prompt service
Quick, easy, great employees..
Little pricey..even being an the frequent Parker program..
Maybe run some specials or discounts for frequent users..
