Customer Testimonials

Close by airport and less expensive than parking at airport.

I had the same driver both ways. She loves her job and is very personable. She makes Park 'N Fly a great experience.

Great location, easy check in, clean vans, and nice staff.

The shuttle service is greatly improved. The car location for return drop-off seems to be inaccurate for the drivers. My tickets stated I-6, and I indicated my car was a beige Toyota Camry. There was another beige Camry on row-I that with different plates-I told him this was not my car.. The driver could not tell that I-6 was not at the location of this car. A bit frustrated, I exited the bus and walked back to the start of the row, past the Camry that I exited the bus at, and quite a ways down to reach my vehicle which was on the opposite side of the row. It wouldn't have been a big deal in the summer but it was cold

Very efficient service. Good bus service. Very well organized office and gate.

Location and promptness of shuttle

Prompt and courteous

I had a great pick up driver from the parking lot, and a prompt, courteous driver for the ride back. He's new and did not know to deliver preferred parkers first, but other than that, he was perfect!!

Very reliable, great customer service.

Quick and courteous service

Easy to setup, park and catch the shuttle bus to the airport. We waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle at the airport and were taken to our car in the ramp quickly.

I really appreciate the courteous drivers and the direct pick up and drop off AT your car. I also learned from my recent driver that management is very good to their employees which makes me want to support this business even more. The app is efficient. Thank you!

Very quick pickup before and after trips. Reasonable price.

I love that the shuttle picks up and drops off the passenger at their car, the lot feels safe and the shuttles come fairly often.

Less expensive than many other options for long-term (longer than a day, but not even necessarily just that) parking attached to the airport. The shuttle service is great (both shuttle drivers I encountered were very kind and hard working). Safe. Plenty of parking spaces. Can choose covered vs uncovered parking. Easy to reach the lot from nearby highway exit. Easy to reserve and pay ahead of time.

Easy and efficient.
