I had amazing service yesterday at MSP with Carol. After a long time away and after a long journey, I was tired yet eager to get home. Ms. Carol made me so happy to be back as we chatted during the drive. She was warm and friendly and we shared some laughs. She could easily have driven me back quietly and I would have been fine, but she broke the ice and I’m glad she did. Thank you so much Carol.

I am happy with service and most employees are respectful attentive and helpful. I have experienced a very direct gruff driver recently that was horrible to mist passenger I observed him engage with. One girl at window at window had to finally put her phone down to help us. People have bad days but this behavior seemed typical of these two.
