Car is running when returning home and arriving at lot, fast van pickup

I had not used Park ‘N Fly for 3 years and was delighted to find out that it is still the same outstanding and efficient operation that I have come to love. Staff was helpful and turn around time was quick.

We have used Park ‘N Fly several times and we have always had positive experiences. The shuttles are prompt and the drivers jump off immediately to help with luggage. This trip at the airport I witnessed the driver of a competitor shuttle pull up and stop, never moving to assist the patrons. I told my husband, we will always use Park ‘N Fly.

I enjoyed the easy quick in and out process

Price n security

Convenient, close to the airport, reasonably priced.

Prompt pickup

The pricing seems fair. Your shuttles are pretty quick getting us to and from the airport. I do wish there was an option for some type of charging for my EV without having to pay for inside parking that I don't need. Maybe some way to charge my car for just one day while I'm gone to replace the range of driving to and from the airport. Even 110 volt charging would be appreciated. You have so much open space that adding overhead solar panels would provide the power you need and some cover for outside parking while providing you enough of an upsell that you could make your money back over time.

If you have cars on chargers for a week at a time for inside parking it's a real waste of your resources. Cars really only need a day of charging, then you could move the chargers to other cars that also need a charge. You could even do mobile charging with a truck that goes from car to car giving them each a charge.

Professional, friendly service!

Reservations done on line, shuttle available immediately when you arrived at parking site and we called when we returned and a text was received that the dispatcher was contacted to pick us up.

Fast and efficient

Ease of use and so reasonable!

Have been a customer for many years

Quick and easy pickup at the lot and airport; best price; friendly drivers

Very nice drivers. Didn’t have to wait at the airport.

Love Park n fly

Easy and convenient. Place is nice and clean. Employees were very cordial and nice.

My drivers were fun and friendly.

Extremely easy.....liked the valet upgrade that was provided at no additional charge because regular lot was full and I will always use that going forward. It was a busy night and the pick up was already outside, I didn't have to call and wait. My car was waiting when I got off the indoor area with truck open and someone to help me put my bag in the car. I was so impressed, I will use your facility again and tell anyone I know about it!

Convenient and good price

Ease of pickup and drop off. Super helpful and friendly staff!!!

This is the first time I used your service. It was great! The driver was very nice and explained how the pick up would work on the return.

Very convenient. Fast response time. Friendly staff.

We have been using the Park 'N Fly facility since before it was Park 'N Fly even though it was a bit of a distance from the airport. The employees have always been great, inside and outside. This past time it seemed we had to wait quite a while for a shuttle. We will consider it a fluke in hopes that it doesn't become the norm. We have another trip scheduled in the spring and plan to use Park 'N Fly again and will see how that goes.

Quick pickup and drop off at airport.

I appreciate how easy it is to make a reservation, the check in process, and the pick up/drop off from the airport. I’d like discount codes occasionally, especially since I refer so many people to this service. We all love an occasional discount :)
