Customer Testimonials

The vans circle and pick up without a lot of waiting time at the lot and at the airport. Parking rates are very reasonable and the staff is friendly.

Great quick pickup and return

Timely friendly service

The prices are fair, and the shuttles are timely and quickly get you to and from the airport.

Friendly drivers and the process went very smooth.

Efficient, friendly, helpful and cost was appropriate

Easy parking. Fast transport to an from airport. Friendly drivers.

This was the first time I used it. Pulling in to park I was directed to the closest spot and followed by the driver to help load my luggage. He was very friendly and helpful. When returning to the airport, I used the app to contact a driver to come pick me up to return to my vehicle. Very friendly and helpful. I was dropped right next to my car. I showed the booth attendant my barcode on my app and left. Very friendly, professional and helpful service. I will be utilizing this service with you in the future.
Thanks!

Pick up at the car and drop off at the car.

Courtesy of the drivers and the other staff members is excellent.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly!

Our driver was courteous and efficient. The only problem we had, we could not scan our paper barcode. I guess we will have to reserve through the app next time.

Quick pickup

We always use ParkNFly. The value is excellent and the service is wonderful--haven't had to wait more than 1 minute to be picked up at the airport or in the lot.

Convenient and good service

Convenient…less stressful than parking at the airport

It is quick. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. They pick you up and drop you off right near your parking spot.

The convenience and exceptional service is why I chose the business over the other ones available. Even at 3AM all the employees seemed genuinely concerned that we were treated respectfully and courteously. Upon our return we were picked up promptly and I want to compliment your driver, Rinh, for his welcoming attitude and politeness. I will definitely use your service again and recommend it to others.

Convenience and great service

Convenience

its easy price is right

Quick and easy

I’d like to recognize your check-out employee/cashier in the ramp on Sat Night, 11/19, at around 9 pm ish in Minneapolis. I parked in the ramp like I normally do, went to exit, and it stated I owed a balance. I checked my reservation, which indicated I had paid thru 9:30 pm, and so given it it was cold at 14F and we didn’t bring coats given our warm weather trip, I was a bit cranky. Come to realize, I unknowingly didn’t book the ramp rather the lot, and hence the amount due. Your employee was helpful, smiling, and graceful … and if you can both recognize her and apologize that I had an edge, I would appreciate it.

Signed, a frequent parker who is sheepish on my reaction but grateful for your staffs grace.

Convenience to the airport and friendly and helpful drivers

I was glad I got the covered parking as it was safe and we came back it was raining and we didn’t have to worry about that.

Location is great. Check in and check out process is easy.
