Excellent service and thoughtful experience.
Although our flight was canceled and we were unable to fly to Charleston to see our family for Thanksgiving, our experience with Park 'N Fly was the shining moment of our day.
The people at the sign in desk were friendly and efficient.
Nicole was kind enough to credit our charge for the day after hearing of our flight cancellation.
Rinh, our driver, was friendly yet professional in his demeanor. Making for a pleasant and comfortable ride to and from the airport.
I will highly recommend Park 'N Fly to anyone traveling out of Bradley Airport.
