Such helpful and friendly employees at the Midway Airport site! I’ve never had to ask for help - they step right up every time, whether at check-in/check-out or on the shuttles. It’s so easy to schedule and request shuttles on the app. I’m not a brave traveler, but PNF makes that part of my trip so pleasant - it gives me confidence. I love using PNF!

Very good value, we love the ability to park under cover. Service is excellent, we seldom have to wait very long at either end of our trips.
The services at Park N Fly are top notch! We were taken to the airport immediately after arrival and the return trip was super easy. I text when we were ready and the wait time was minimal. Our car was in the garage and ready for us when we returned. We will definitely continue to use this facility.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the car wash. I've parked here twice and couldn't get the car wash either time bc it was down.

I like the ease of making a reservation online. The shuttle is always promptly where I park to pick me up and knows the best way to get into the airport to drop me off at the correct gate.
