4. Especially like/appreciated the improved organization at the North terminal downstairs. I like that there is a designated stop with signage. I like that their is a Park/Fly live person there to call for the next shuttle if needed. The last time I used-- none of this was in place and you just ran to the van , wherever it was when it pulled up. It is a bit of a walk from the South terminal, if you are flying Delta, but we got a sky cap which helped a lot as we are 68 years old.

Spot available as promised during the heaviest travel time. Shuttle right there both to the airport and when we flew back in and needed a ride to the lot. Great service. Highly recommend.
