Easy to park, great shuttle service, I love the big tower in the middle of the parking lot - it makes me feel like I am leaving my car in a safe place

I suggest updated the pick up location under the FAQs in the app. The app said pick up would be to the left side of island 3 (East side), but the shuttle picked us up on the right side of island 2. So this caused some scrambling and chasing after shuttles!

Very easy to use, bus drives are friendly and the lot is well lit and safe

Personable & warm exchanges with shuttle bus drivers. Never have to wait long to be picked up. Unlike with many other businesses, I never have to hear "Sorry, we're 'short-staffed' today". Please keep doing what you're doing.
