Their customer service is top notch. We had a wonderful experience with Park 'N Fly Dallas this trip. We didn't have to wait at all! The employees went above and beyond helping and had such a positive attitude.

Every single Employee went above and beyond for us. It’s very evident that the Staff is dedicated and truly cares about their Clients. Starting with the Woman who helped me make the Reservation the night before. I stopped in on my way home from work and by the time I left (5 minutes later?) I had the QR Code to scan in the morning all set.

We arrived early (4am-ish) on Thanksgiving morning, we got on shuttle and before we left the lot I realized I forgot my phone in the car. I wish I had the Drivers name because he was an absolute HERO in this situation. He called on radio that he was letting me off and I needed a ride to my car to get my phone. This allowed him to continue on time service for the Van full of other travelers. He dropped me at the main building where another man drove me to my car in a white truck with a plow attached. Again, I wish I had a name. I was 1/2 asleep not being used to activity at this hour. He got me back to the front where I was able to rejoin my Husband and we hopped on another Shuttle only losing a few minutes for the entire recovery. As we got to the Airport the first driver called on radio asking if anyone is missing a bag. It was us! In the confusion to get off the shuttle and grab my keys quickly my husband thought I grabbed my bag so he exited however it was still on the first shuttle… Long story short we exited the shuttle curbside at airport and the other driver was standing right there with my bag waiting for us! AMAZING!!! You should dress these guys and superman capes… I’m not kidding! The critical thinking and problem-solving on the fly that they demonstrated was flawless and you can tell they’re given ample opportunity to solve problems on the fly like this all the time. Not one single person made us feel stupid they all were very positive upbeat and had a smile and it was clear they were just there to help us!!! Upon returning I made sure to pay attention to the employees that helped us. Rinh drove us from BDL back to the lot and was upbeat and attentive. And I believe it was Nicole who assisted us as we exited. We came back a day later and she assisted us with paying the difference. It was all very easy and we will absolutely use Park ‘N Fly Suffield again!!!

Hadn't used Park N Fly for several years but needed to use it for this current trip. Everything went as expected and very smooth.

Super friendly at front gate and both drivers we had. Quick trip to Midway from their location. Saw shuttle drivers clearing snow off windshields that had it. Will definitely park here again.

Park N Fly has the friendliest and most considerate drivers on their routes. I always like to tip them well because they assist moving luggage and always have relevant information. Our late night pickup from the airport was seamless, thanks to Tanya K. She was friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of leaving the facility with a prepaid reservation.

You are open 24 hours..you have a choice of outdoor parking or covered parking. I appreciated the van was warm when I boarded around midnight because I did not have a coat with. Van drivers were friendly and helpful

I liked how close you are to the airport . I didnt have to endure a long trip from your off site parking lot to the airport. I also like being dropped off right in front of my airlines counter.

Easy, fast, convenient and a great price!

This used to be more affordable but now if booking online there is no longer a discount like it used to be.

I do like knowing I have a spot booked and I do like the reward system.

What also bothers me is the inability to just update a reservation rather than cancel and rebook. I had to change my flight to roughly 16 hours earlier and I would have had to cancel and rebook. very inconvenient.

Everything, from the prompt pick up and drop off to the wonderful driver we had on 11-28 6am.

I loved the valet service. This was new for me, and at the age of 76, I was driving in the dark early morning from San Ramon. Being met by the nicest man helping me with my luggage and taking my car was so easy and my stress level disappeared. The same with my return. I will never leave SFO or OAK using any other parking service. A 10 is too low a score. I will definitely recommend Park ‘N Fly
