Courteous and efficient service from the covered parking area to the OAK airport. Even during busy Thanksgiving holiday season we were still provided with excellent on-time service.

it's a great service, but it's strongly impacted by the timing of the buses. Most of the time I get picked up within 5 minutes at both the lot and the airport. then sometimes it'll be 25 minutes and there goes the schedule! if you're getting picked up at the airport during shift change in the afternoon, it's a crap shoot.
if the buses are running normally, it's otherwise convenient, safe, and economical for short and medium trips.
We had a potentially bad experience parking our car near the PHL airport on November 11, 2022, but because of the great customer service of Park 'N Fly we were able to resolve our parking situation in a very agreeable manner. When we had to drive from Philadelphia to Newark to get our connecting flight to Barcelona (because United cancelled our flight to Newark with very little notice) Park 'N Fly refunded our reservtion payment in full even though we had parked at their lot for a short time while we tried to find an alternate flight to take us to Newark. We would highly recommend Park 'N Fly for your airport parking needs!

Drivers are friendly and patient. I like that they’ll pick you up from the car aisle you park on. I don’t travel often so I’m usually lost at the airport and I like the feature of being able to use the map to see where a bus is at. Also, I liked that I could text a pick up request and a driver showed up within a few minutes.
