Customer Testimonials

They were very friendly, helpful nice. The shuttle was immediately available to take me to sfo airport. Upon pick up they were also easy to get a hold of and picked . Driver was also friendly and helpful! I have a wonderful experience like always . thank you and see you on my next vacay

The speed of the shuttle that takes you to/from at airport and that it picks you up, drops you off right next to your car. Also like that you are told which row to park in when you enter.

Courteous staff and friendly staff

Great drop off and pick up at the airport. The only way to park and fly for me.

We have used your services on several occasions and have recommended you many times. We will continue to recommend ParkNFly to all of our friends and family who fly out of any airport you serve. Thank you for the secure and safe experience of flying out of Chicago.

Convenient, timely, friendly customer service!

Very easy to make reservation and using Park N Fly is so efficient and takes the stress out of getting to the airport. The drivers are super friendly and very helpful in getting luggage on and off the bus. To me this is the only way to get to the terminal. Fast and easy.

Extremely easy to use, extremely polite drivers and my truck was waiting for me upon my return. Will definite use anytime I fly out of Miami.

felt vehicle was safe

The pick up bus arrived before I had my luggage out of my trunk, and my driver was there to take it on to the bus for me. I was so surprised. It was the best service ever. When we arrived at the terminal, he took my bag off the bus for me and let me know where to find the bus on my return. I was dropped off close to the Delta curbside service. Thank you for such good service.

Quick and friendly pickups from both the lot and the terminal.

Fast and friendly

I’ve always found a space, the shuttle often shows up just as I get my bag out of the car, and the drivers are quick and careful. Also, the shuttle is almost always prompt to pick me up at the airport stop.

Friendly, timely and responsive service

I left my phone in my car. The attendant secured it and brought to your office for safe keeping. Phoned me and said the phone would be held in the office until my return. It was and I was very pleased. Name removed.

When we came back from our trip, our driver went out of his way to find a pillow I left on the bus when we left for our trip. My husband wanted to give him a tip and the driver wouldn’t take it. He said he was just happy to help us. Small gestures make for returning customers.
