The convenience of being close to the airport. Prompt and friendliness of your employees.

It was convenient to schedule parking online thru the PNF app, however never used it until recently. it would have been good helpful if there was videos explaining process. Plus make customers aware they need the PNF email with QR code to scan in and out of the PNF parking lot.

The shuttle drivers have always been friendly.
The shuttles always clean.
The snow is nicely removed (though I wish a little more ice melt would be used on top the parking structure).
The price is reasonable for the quality of the service provided.

It was very easy to book and when I arrived, the customer service was great. I left my vehicle there for two weeks and I came to find it safe. At the airport, it was very easy to get in and out of the shuttle.

The person who drove us from midway to the park n fly location was so helpful and kind. We had a baby with us and he was happy to help load our luggage. He also helped us find where to go. Just excellent above and beyond service.

This was extremely easy to book on- line. Staff was there when we arrived and met us at our vehicle and loaded our luggage. The same with our return and pick up at the airport.

After two bad experiences last year (seemed like new staff who could not find our car) I gave you one last chance and everything was perfect. Quick delivery to and from airport and car was waiting and warming up.

When the barcode scanners are working it is SO EASY to get in the lot, find a spot and get picked up quickly. Getting HOME on the return is pretty simple too and consistent with the same drop off/pickup spot.

Good location and service

One thing I don't like which is a corporate issue not necessarily site specific is not being able to use a gift card when booking online. Many time the SFO location is at capacity unless you prebooked
